Helium Voice Changer

Helium Voice Changer is an app that lets you record video or audio from your Android device and apply an effect that sounds like you've just inhaled helium (a very high-pitched voice).

The way the app works is very simple: press the record button to start recording, and once you press the stop button you can hear the voice with the helium effect already applied. That simple.

You can also use Helium Voice Changer in exactly the same way but with video: start recording and as soon as you stop, you can play the video with the voice already altered.

All audio and video that you record with the app will be kept in the app's own gallery, which you can access from the top right corner of the interface.

Helium Voice Changer is one of those apps that are good for quite a few laughs. Otherwise its usefulness is quite limited, though it will still make you smile with its helium voice effects.
